Cinderella

Once upon a time, there was a little girl named Cinderella. She lived with her wicked stepmother and stepsisters, who treated her very poorly and made her do all of the chores around the house.

Despite this, Cinderella remained kind and hardworking. One day, the King of the land decided to throw a grand ball and invited all eligible young ladies to attend, with the hope that his son, the Prince, would find a suitable bride. Cinderella's stepmother and stepsisters were allowed to go, but they forbade Cinderella from attending.

Feeling sad, Cinderella went to her fairy godmother, who magically transformed her rags into a beautiful ball gown, a pumpkin into a carriage, and mice into horses. With the stroke of midnight, her carriage and finery would turn back to what it was before. She also warned her not to stay past 12.

Cinderella arrived at the ball and caught the Prince's eye immediately. They danced the night away, but as the clock struck 12, Cinderella remembered her fairy godmother's warning and quickly ran away, leaving behind her glass slipper.

The Prince searched the kingdom high and low to find the owner of the glass slipper. When he came to Cinderella's house, her stepsisters tried on the slipper, but it was too small for them. Cinderella tried on the slipper and it fit perfectly. The Prince knew she was the one he had been looking for and they lived happily ever after.

The moral of the story is that true beauty comes from within and that kindness, courage, and hard work will always be rewarded in the end.
